Akin Member Referral Program

We’re excited to introduce the Akin Member Referral Program, designed to help our community grow while offering you a little something in return. If you have friends, family, or colleagues looking for a creative workspace then this program is for you!

How It Works:

Earn a $50 Credit: Refer someone to Akin, and when they join as a dedicated or shared member, you’ll receive a one-time $50 credit on your upcoming monthly membership fee.

Unlimited Referrals: There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, so you can earn multiple credits!

Referral Timeline: Referrals must be made between August 21 and November 30, 2024. To qualify for the credit, the new member must confirm their membership by December 31, 2024.

How to Refer:

1. Email Us: When you’re ready to refer someone, send an email to info@akincollective.com with “REFERRAL” in the subject line.

2. Include Your Referral: CC the person who you’re referring in the email.

3. Membership Confirmation: Once your referral signs up for a membership, we’ll apply the $50 credit to your account.

Referring someone to Akin is a great way to share the creative energy of our community and bring in new perspectives. Whether your friends are looking for a space to create, collaborate, or simply be part of a supportive artistic community, Akin could be the perfect fit. This program will also help build Akin’s membership and further strengthen our organizational sustainability and stability.

Friends and Family Day:

As part of this initiative, we’re also hosting a Friends and Family Day at all Akin locations on Saturday, September 14, from 2-5 pm. This is a special day where members can invite their friends and family to visit their studios, see their work, and meet the Akin community. Please note that this event is by invitation only—friends and family must be invited and accompanied  by a current Akin member.
